$140 Plan – Standard Return Policy: We guarantee on-time drop-off for your appointment. Return trips are scheduled based on driver availability and may require a short wait.
$320 Plan – Priority Service: Both drop-off and return trips are scheduled in advance with priority timing. Designed for customers who need reliability and consistency.
Accessibility: No wheelchair or stretcher transport available. Ambulatory passengers only.
Passenger Assistance Policy: For liability reasons, drivers do not physically touch, lift, guide, or assist customers in or out of the vehicle under any package.
Mobility Items and Bags: Drivers may place a wheelchair, walker, or bags into the trunk or inside the vehicle, but customers must handle their own entry and exit.
No Rollover Policy: All rides must be used within the same billing cycle. Unused rides do not carry over.
